R&M Lines was founded in 1993 by Rupert Lines to offer a comprehensive building and decorating service for the South West London area, based on quality workmanship and true customer service and satisfaction.

Our staff now number more than 20, and comprise a mix of experienced tradespeople capable of offering a full range of building works for both domestic and commercial properties.

Underpinning an immense pride in all the services we provide is a commitment to Project Management, and ensuring the process is smooth and worry free for the homeowners we serve.

Project Management

Central to everything we do at R&M Lines are our team of team of dedicated and experienced Project Managers.

Any works on your property undertaken by R&M Lines will be overseen by your Project Manager, providing you with one point of contact for the duration of the works; ensuring each aspect of the project runs smoothly, to agreed timescales and costs with minimal inconvenience throughout.

Our project managers are always nearby - frequently on site - ready and happy to help with any problems or queries that may arise.
